My Role
Forms Designer, Division of Business Operations
- Designed interactive, accessible PDF forms compliant with Section 508 standards
- Applied form logic and interactivity requirements, using Javascript
- Built foundational accessibility thinking that carried into every role after
Web and Digital Compliance Analyst, Division of Planning and Modal Programs
- Served as primary content reviewer for the division; receiving submissions from contributors and editing for accuracy, grammar, and readability before publishing
- Worked directly in HTML and CSS within Sitecore CMS
- Enforced editorial and accessibility standards across all published content
Featured Project: Division of Rail
- Led a full refresh of the Division of Rail public-facing web pages end-to-end. This project strengthened my skills in leading digital projects, building components, and creating user-focused experiences.
- Coordinated with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather, organize, and structure content
- Built customized reusable page components in Sitecore for consistency and scalability
- Launched new pages and refreshed existing ones with improved navigation, clarity, and accessibility
- Delivered positive outcomes confirmed by stakeholder and user feedback
